How you can use your hours
Your hours are there to support you, and can be used however they help most, including:
A pre-arrival call to talk through your plans, priorities, and questions
Airport or city welcome and local orientation
Help navigating transport, shops, and essential services
An accommodation check to ensure your place is safe, comfortable, and what it promised to be
Assistance setting up a bank account, phone plan, or other essentials
You can also bank your hours for unexpected situations - like illness, injury, stress at work or uni, or a tricky conversation you’d like help thinking through.
Need more time?
If you find you need additional support, extra hours can be added at A$60 per hour - no pressure, no lock-in.
This package is ideal if you want flexibility, reassurance, and a trusted person in your corner - without having to predict everything upfront.
