How you can use your hours
Your 15 hours are there to support you across different stages, including:
Pre-arrival planning and preparation
Airport or city orientation and local set-up
Navigating transport, shops, healthcare, and essential services
Accommodation checks for safety, comfort, and suitability
Help with banking, phone plans, paperwork, and life admin
Support thinking through work, study, or household challenges
You can also bank hours for the moments you can’t predict - illness, injury, stress at work or uni, or a situation where you’d simply like guidance from someone who understands the local context.
Added value
This package offers better value than booking hours one-by-one, and gives you the reassurance of knowing support is already in place when you need it.
If you find you need additional time, extra hours can be added at A$60 per hour - no lock-in, no obligation.
